Practical information about this training
The 'Create your best CX Story ever' training is an online training that you can start at any time. You follow this training entirely at your own pace, whenever you want. The training consists of three modules of two blocks each. Experience shows that it is best to do one block each week. Plan those blocks in your schedule and stick to it. That way, in six weeks you will have completed your training and have a great CX Story. A story that engages stakeholders, aligns with your company's strategy and inspires action. A CX Story that no one forgets.
Your trainer is Nienke Bloem CCXP RTP. Each module of the training contains a number of videos in which she teaches you. After each video you work out the corresponding exercise in your workbook. The videos and workbook are in English. That you write and practice your CX Story in your own language is of course no problem and only logical. After all, you want to present a convincing story to all your stakeholders.
