Some practical things
This Masterclass is an all-inclusive learning experience. You will be immersed in content and exchange your CX knowledge with colleagues for two days: a blended-learning program!
Nienke Bloem will present the CX Masterclass together with Jaap Wilms CCXP RTP. The open CX Masterclass will be in English, because CX colleagues from all over the world are participating.
The CX Masterclass always takes place at Grand Hotel Karel V in Utrecht. This hotel is originally a fourteenth-century monastery in the heart of Utrecht. It is one of the most surprising places in the city and has a beautiful courtyard garden. You will start on Thursday at 9.00 am and finish Friday around 4.30 pm. On Thursday you will be dining and spending the night in this lovely hotel. Of course we will also arrange coffee, tea and lunch, and the drinks on Thursday evening at this hotel.
- The price of your participation in the CX Masterclass in 2025 is € 2,695. For the
CX Masterclass of February 6th and 7th, 2025, the early bird price of € 2,495 applies until January 6th, 2025. - When you register for a CX Masterclass through Springest or Studytube in 2025, there is a fixed price of € 2,970.
- Food, drinks, accommodation and parking are included in the price. The prices mentioned are excluding 21% VAT.
