In seven shorter or four longer online sessions, you'll learn all about CX through six CX competencies. The six pillars of the CXPA framework are the basics of the master class. On the basis of these pillars, you will learn everything you need to know step by step. After those seven sessions, you’ve completed the master class. The real enthusiasts can then sign up for the CCXP exam: you will be fully prepared for it.

This Masterclass is an all-inclusive learning experience. An online master class via Zoom, can take place in seven or four sessions. Nienke is happy to discuss your preference. Everyone receives the comprehensive syllabus at home, which is also often consulted after the CX Masterclass . During the entire CX Masterclass you will be immersed in content and exchange CX knowledge with each other: a blended-learning program!
Nienke Bloem CCXP RTP presents the CX Master Class by herself, entirely customized. Depending on your wishes, the CX Master Class can be provided in Dutch or English. The syllabus that you will receive in advance by mail is in English.
