The virtual CX Masterclass is like a pressure cooker: in just two days, you'll learn all about CX through six CX competencies. The six pillars of the CXPA framework are the basics of the Masterclass. Using these pillars, you will learn everything you need to know step by step. After those two days, you’ve completed the Masterclass. You can also sign up for the CCXP exam, for which you are now truly prepared. But it is certainly not mandatory to complete the CX Masterclass with an exam.
